The hotel offers rooms with a nice view, although they could use more light and a bit more space. Temperature control was challenging due to non-operational buttons. The service was a mix of very helpful and friendly staff but also encounters with rudeness and unfulfilled promises. Despite being located in an industrial area, the hotel provides convenient access to major highways. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice selection of food. Overall, good value for money with clean and comfortable facilities.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and adequately spacious, but the hotel felt very congested compared to others in the same group. However, the room had all the basic needs and was tidy, which was a plus.
The hotel has a modern flair in its room design with sliding translucent glass doors and clean, tidy basics. However, the broken window lock made the room potentially dangerous. The service was nice and helpful, but the lack of parking information was a downside. The location is excellent for those with a metro pass but not suitable for leisure travelers. The dining, even without ecological alternatives, covered the cost and had warm, tasty food. Overall, a mixed experience.
